I am passionate about helping families as a whole to find their way in the world and live their best lives and I adhere to strength based approaches in working with people in all stages of life. My experience ranges from teaching and facilitating support groups to working with individuals one on one in clinical, school, and home settings. I have especially focused on working with survivors of trauma. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy and have previously worked at the Children's Advocacy Center, Integral Care, and for the State of Texas.
