This method brings insight into the system (or situation) and aims to change the system rather than the individual. She strives to come alongside the system (i.e., individual, couple, or group) to introduce skills, tools, and ways of being (or behaving) that foster lasting change.

Mrs. Larisha describes herself as client-centered, compassionate, empathetic, and straightforward. She believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space in which all individuals feel seen and heard.
