If you do not see your insurance company listed, it does NOT mean that we are not providers for your insurance company. Insurance coverage can be confusing. If you have any questions, we will be happy to call and check on your coverage and explain exactly what your insurance will pay. If one of our staff is not an approved provider for your plan, we will refer you to someone who is a provider for your insurance.
