Virginia recieved her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Howard Payne University. She then received her Master of Education with Counseling from Baylor University. Virginia also received her Doctor of Educational Psychology from Baylor University in 1983.
Virginia has certifications in teaching, public school counseling, special education counseling and vocational counseling. She is also a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. Virginia has been a teacher and school counselor in the Central Texas area for over 30 years.
However, the best credentials she has comes from personal experiences as a human being. On a journey through life she has experienced the joys of family along with the grief of loss and change. Virginia understands the challenges of daily life and toll they can deliver in frustrations... the conflicts of relationships, as well as the stresses of responsibilities.
Virginia can provide the necessary skills of "active listening" and "objective viewpoint" to participate in a solutions-seeking process for your counseling needs. She welcomes the opportunity to provide services to meet your professional counseling needs whatever they may be.
