Daryl Green, M.MFT, LPC, LMFT
Daryl received his Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy in August, 1994 from Abilene Christian University.  He has been in practice since being licensed as both a Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist in 1996.  He enjoys working with families, couples, adolescents, and individuals.  Any relationship presents an opportunity for problems (those which are actually your problems and those that the other person wants you to believe are your problems).  Whether it’s a relationship problem involving a spouse, teenagers, yourself, a fiancé, parents, children, step-children, God, extended family, boss, co-worker, divorce, life-changing trauma, or changes forced on you by other’s decisions – give him a call.  He will walk with you through the work of change.  Additionally, he has been trained in and offers neurofeedback — a high-tech tool that enhances possible solutions for numerous problems through the engaging use of our marvelous minds.

If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you always got!

I worked with teenagers and their families for twelve years after graduating from college. Sprinkled in was time as a real estate salesman and office manager. As my schedule filled with people sharing their struggles and problems, I realized that people felt safe talking to me. However, I wanted to help them do something different from they’d always done. So at 39 I headed to graduate school (with a very supportive wife and three small children) and in 1994 graduated with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. I’ve been in private practice since 1996 licensed as a professional counselor and marriage and family therapist.

Life is tough!    But not hopeless.

So do you know the two most powerful words on the face of the earth? ... "Yeah, but."

Let’s seek solutions for problems!  Life is tough!.....but not hopeless.  I realize that I have no power to “make you do” anything.  I can’t out-argue or out-logic you because you and I both know the two most powerful words on the face of the earth ... "Yeah, but."  So with that excuse voiced, if you’re willing to work, change can occur.  When we get sick and tired of being “sick and tired” we change.  Let’s focus our efforts on workable, more healthy solutions.

I like to work with families, couples, adolescents, and individuals.  Any relationship presents an opportunity for problems (those which are actually your problems and those that the other person wants you to believe are your problems).  Whether it’s a relationship problem involving a spouse, teenagers, yourself, a fiancé, parents, children, step-children, God, extended family, boss, co-worker, divorce, life-changing trauma, or changes forced on you by other’s decisions – Give me a call.  I’ll walk with you through the work of change.
